I began to lose my balance and fell. After my last fall, I ended up in the hospital. I was told my best option was rehab. I chose Evercare of Jerseyville. The staff and therapists are amazing! I put my trust in them, and they helped me get better. If you ever need rehab, I highly recommend Evercare.

I worked there and have to say I would highly recommend anyone to put your family here or work here. They have an amazing staff environment where you feel welcomed. The residents are honestly the sweetest and collectively it feels like a family when you are here. I no longer work here due to childcare issues only as I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s small which I find better than the larger facilities I’ve worked for and it makes it easier to know each of the residents better. Also improves the quality of care we as nursing assistants can provide, and give you the ability to know everyone’s care, preferences and needs in no time. Which I feel only benefits the residents 5/5 stars

I stayed here at Evercare of Lebanon for therapy after I fell and broke my ankle and had to have surgery. It was a tough situation when I realized I would need inpatient therapy services, but I think this facility is one of the best in the area. My nurse Nick took good care of me during my stay, and my physical therapists Rachel and Stacey were integral in me recovering as quickly as I did. I would recommend Lebanon to anyone.

My mom has been here since 2018. I would not have her anywhere else. The staff and care are amazing. Though she is unable to participate in most, the activities and entertainment they provide are just beyond. Just a wonderful place and thankful for this facility!

My dad and my granddad are in the Breese nursing home. The staff is amazing, loving and kind. we are so blessed to have a safe place to send our loved ones when a nursing home becomes their new home. I know that my family and I are so thankful for the fantastic, over-and-above care they give our loved ones. I recommend Breese Nursing home 100%

Willowrose isn’t a perfect nursing home, but I haven’t worked in one yet.. There are worse ones out there….people posting bad comments after asking for their job back again get told “NO” then post mean things. people who call after working a couple of days and quit. Repeatedly do this, then become disgruntled x-employees. I have worked at a few different nursing homes, one for 25 years. This one isn’t as bad as people say. All homes have some problems.

BNH was awesome for my father! The staff was helpful and always friendly. He enjoyed his rehabilitation there. There were always activities to enjoy and we even hosted a fairly large birthday party there while he was staying with them. They were very supportive! Highly recommend!

After coming in with a broken leg, my experience in rehabilitation was nothing short of incredible. From day one, the kindness and support I received from everyone in the therapy department made a world of difference—especially Kendra, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was healing properly. Her dedication played a huge role in helping me recover on time and regain the ability to safely put pressure on my leg before returning home. My stay here was wonderful, and the overall staff was truly outstanding.

After needing rehab to learn how to walk again with a boot, I turned to Evercare of Edwardsville—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. When I was at home, I was so weak I couldn’t move or walk on my own, and I wasn’t able to do anything for myself. It got to the point where I had to go to the hospital, and from there, I came here for rehabilitation. When I arrived, I was still in a wheelchair and couldn’t do much on my own, but the therapy team did a wonderful job with me. In the short time I’ve been here, they helped me gain back my strength and independence. Now I’m able to walk and take care of myself again, and I’m so happy about that—especially because it means it’s not so much work on my family anymore. The CNAs are all wonderful, especially that Gigi—she always did everything she could to make my stay great.

I really enjoyed my stay at Evercare at University. Everyone here has been so kind and welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, and I truly appreciated my roommate. Robert was admitted for short term rehabilitation on August 20th and successfully discharged on August 28th.
Mr. Dempsey stated “Everyone here was real nice. They helped me get back on my feet. I appreciate them all”.

Norbert was admitted to our facility requiring total assistance for all mobility and transfers, relying entirely on a Hoyer lift for safe movement. His functional limitations presented a significant challenge to returning home independently and safely.
With the support and dedication of our therapy team, Norbert engaged in a comprehensive rehabilitation program tailored to his needs. Therapy focused on increasing his strength, balance, functional mobility, and independence with daily activities.
Through consistent effort and determination, Norbert made remarkable progress. Over the course of his therapy, he advanced from being fully dependent to performing transfers and mobility with Standby Assist—a major milestone in his recovery.
By discharge, Norbert had achieved the necessary level of independence to safely return home, no longer dependent on mechanical lift equipment. His journey is a powerful example of the life-changing impact of skilled, compassionate therapy and the strength of patient-centered care.
We are proud of Norbert’s hard work and thrilled to see him return home with restored dignity and function.

Albert was admitted requiring total assistance with transfers using a Hoyer lift. With consistent therapy, he progressed to Contact Guard Assist for mobility, allowing for a safe and independent discharge home.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Kenneth as he returns home after completing his short-term rehabilitation with us. He came to Evercare of Collinsville following a hospital stay and is now heading back stronger, having regained his prior level of function.

While we are going to miss Darryl, we’re so happy that he’s able to return home. Darryl joined us at Evercare of Lebanon for long-term IVs and wound care following a hospitalization.
As Darryl was heading home, he stated, “I’m grateful for the staff who took care of me when I needed it the most.”

Miss Aletha Beaver joined us at Evercare of Swansea for long-term care. Aletha quickly adapted to the facility’s routines and began to form meaningful connections with fellow residents.
As she settled in, Aletha’s warmth and kindness became evident to both staff and peers. She is now a well-loved member of our community and is known for looking out for others and offering support to those around her.
When asked about her experience at Evercare of Swansea, Aletha shared:“I am very thankful for all of you for watching over me. You make sure I am taken care of every day and always have what I need. I don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t have come into your facility.”

Before starting therapy, Chris was unable to walk more than 5 feet even with the assistance of a walker and was experiencing a significant amount of pain. He frequently stumbled, had difficulty walking, and fell often.
Despite these challenges, Chris showed up every day with determination and a strong commitment to improving.
After one month of consistent therapy, he has made remarkable progress. Chris can now walk safely without the use of any assistive devices and reports a significant decrease in pain. “I’m incredibly thankful for the therapy I received and the progress I’ve made.
